After being M.I.A. for about a month, I am here with a new post :D. Apologies for the delay.
So on October 1st, because of the help of a college friend, I finally visited Jama Masjid for the first time in my life! I have been to Chandni Chowk before but never encountered this beautiful architectural masterpiece. It was definitely a breathtaking experience and was worth all the efforts.
Fatehpuri Masjid is another stunning structure and a must visit place. Though not as grand as Jama Masjid, it has a charm of its own. So I tried covering these two places along with the essence of the chaos that define Chandni Chowk’s streets.
Again an amalgamation of colour and black and white. Have a good time going through these photographs. 🙂
A cliched one from the entrance.
How it looks like while climbing up the stairs.
A Sunday morning with one’s family is the way to go.
A look at one of the entrances.
And he fit perfectly in the frame. Thank you, uncle 😀
The elixir of life, saving the day.
That’s definitely a good spot for amazing views.
Young, free, happy and curious.
Just a family visiting Jama Masjid.
Chilling with the birds up there.
And one with the front facade
Just look at how happy these kids are 🙂
Caught on camera.
Sunday morning rituals.
Hello there, Red Fort!
This is Fatehpuri Masjid.
Tiny humans vs Huge architectural structures.
Just one of the pictures where, water is again a saviour.
Standing tall, unscathed.
One more photograph emphasizing on the profound role water plays in our lives. It is imperative and urgent to conserve this resource!
Light and shadow.
A view from Gate No.3 of Jama Masjid.
On our way to Karim’s.
3 different lives, 3 different stories.
